Do you ever feel uncomfortable and maybe even insecure about trying new things? I ask because I’ve recently found myself once again in the position of being a novice.
And let me tell you, it’s quite a revealing experience. At nearly 50 years old, I decided to do something that required I step into completely unknown territory – what was I thinking.
Seriously though, while it’s been challenging for sure, it’s been a great litmus test that shows how much my self-esteem really has improved.
The last time I was a novice was quite some time ago. And boy do I remember how insecure I was at that time. I compared myself to everyone else in that industry and this crushed my self-esteem.
Because I know how easy it is to slip into the “You’re awesome & I suck!” mode, I’ve decided to share something that will help you avoid this slippery slope.
In this week’s episode, I’m going to reveal HOW I maintain sensational self-esteem even when I’m a clumsy newbie.
My hope is that this week’s episode will help you do three things.
1. Eliminate a self-sabotaging habit that crushes self-esteem.
2. Help you see an important Truth that will maximize your sense of value and worth.
3. Show you how amazing you truly are!
After you watch the episode, I’d love to hear what you think. And if you have any great insights to share from your own personal experience, I’d love to hear those too.
Thanks so much for watching and I look forward to seeing you in the comments!
